Henrico

Pursuant to Virginia Code § 2.2-3806, I have received notice that my data may be shared with outside vendors or technical support (“Outside Parties”) who have contracted with Henrico County (“County”) to provide the County with recruitment software and technical support for the software. Access to personal data of applicants shall be limited to only what is necessary for Outside Parties to execute its contract with the County, and Outside Parties have contracted to keep this data confidential and to not further disseminate it. I understand that if I provide my data, my application will be considered by Henrico County, and if I do not provide my data, it will not be considered.
