Requires a safe driving record with the ability to safely operate County-owned vehicles and equipment. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule that may occur any day of the week, including weekends, and during various day and evening hours as needed.

Requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, a valid Class B CDL with tank endorsement N and without restrictions and a valid VDOT flagging certification.

Completion of grade school required; high school diploma or GED preferred, and one (1) year of relevant work experience; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
