General Statement of Duties
Performs paraprofessional and highly skilled technical work in support of department programs and services. Responsibilities include program planning, data analysis, compliance monitoring, and assisting with policy implementation. Work is performed independently under general supervision and may involve coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of program operations, data analysis, and compliance practices; ability to interpret and apply regulations and policies; ability to evaluate program performance; ability to develop and maintain tracking systems or dashboards; demonstrates initiative in identifying process improvements and implementing solutions; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision; maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work products.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and program-specific systems; ability to manage data and generate reports.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.
Exercises independent judgment within scope of assignment; escalates complex issues appropriately.
Non-supervisory; may provide guidance to others.
Works in an office setting; may work in various locations based on assignment.
Visual and hearing acuity sufficient to perform assigned duties; physical ability to complete office-based tasks.
This position provides a wide of range of administrative support for improve treatment compliance and successful community functioning for persons with severe mental illness as part of the CIT Team; does related work as required.
Examples of Primary Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to agency CIT team
- Create, update, organize available resources and listings.
- Create and implement multiple data collection strategies, compile and interpret statistical data and identify trends for program management.
- Create and maintain process and procedures related to program administrative operations, provide related training as needed.
- Assist supervisor in projects.
- Maintain program inventories, records and statistics; assist and/or prepare special reports as requested. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to keep accurate records.
- Ability to coordinate a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Does related work as required.
- Proficiency with Office software, computer and technology experience, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
Expected salary low to mid-range of listed salary scale.

Minimum Requirements
Two (2) year degree in a relevant field, and three (3) years of related experience preferred; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
